This token is an experimental memecoin intended to create a larger community around Flying eagle pennies.  Flying eagle pennies were the first small cent, minted in extremely small quantities in 1856 & more in 1857 & 1858.  In total about 42,050,000 were ever minted.  The design didn't always stamp very well and they were widely despised for being the first small cent which was not nearly worth its weight in copper.  It's not certain what is all out there, but even assuming all of them still exist today, less than 1 in 190 people could own one.   $PP is *roughly* backed by them.  I say "roughly" backed only because Flying eagle pennies are not fungible, therefore their value individually compared to each other is somewhat disputable.

 

You would be 100% correct in assuming that because of all this, the actual value of the $PP token is very nebulous, though the value you hold in the narrative we're pushing stops being quite so once you redeem them.  Message u/dootiedog on reddit to redeem.  Just ask for a specific penny and if it has not been redeemed yet, they will send you a polygon address that you can send the set amount of $PP on the picture of the penn(y/ies) you choose.  Once you have sent the predetermined amount for your desired penny they will ask you for the shipping address and come back later to give you tracking information.  At current market rates of flying eagle pennies, I would value $PP in the mid to high dollar range.  $PP is meant to be a fun token, and a way to transact interchangeable value in "Flying eagle penny".
